About The Company.
The Performance Edge, Inc., headquartered in Pleasant Grove,
Utah, was founded in 1990.
Our mission is to assist individuals and organizations to achieve
higher levels of performance, productivity and profitability while at
the same time enhancing product quality, customer satisfaction and
employee fulfillment. We provide our clients with the most effective
performance measurement tools, quality assurance, and training programs
available.
Monte Pierce,
MBA, Former CPA.,
is the president and Founder of the Performance Edge, Inc.
Prior experience includes working as a CPA and business advisor
with a national CPA firm and CFO of a successful multi-million dollar
restaurant and real estate operation. He has extensive managerial
experience and is an expert at designing and implementing performance
measurement programs. He is also an effective consultant, trainer and
coach and specializes in personal and organizational performance
enhancement techniques and strategies.

We have been offering a variety of "quality assurance tools
and services since our inception in 1990. We have thousands of trained
evaluators and are able to effectively and efficiently service our
clients anywhere in the United States. We use cutting edge technologies
to electronically generate and distribute your reports. This translates
into legible, accurate, and timely reporting. As a client you will have
the option of accessing and printing your reports on demand from our web
site.
Our unique reporting formats are customizable to each client’s
standards and provide a wealth of objective feedback that can be used to
evaluate operational effectiveness at each level of the operation. Our
